Work with me

Couples, Relationships, Marriage

Something shifted. Maybe you can pinpoint the moment, or maybe you just woke up one day and realized you'd been drifting for a while. Either way, you're here, and that's not nothing.

You might be feeling:

  • Like you're having the same argument on repeat, and nothing ever really resolves

  • Emotionally disconnected — present in the same house, absent from each other

  • The weight of job pressure bleeding into everything at home

  • A breach of trust that changed things — and you're not sure what comes next

  • Intimacy that has quietly faded — emotionally, physically, or both

  • Like you're facing separation and don't know whether to fight for it or let go

Relationship work is some of the hardest and most rewarding work there is. It asks something of both people. What I bring into that room is a genuine belief that most relationships have more repair available than either person can see from where they're standing, and the skill to help you find it.

Individuals

Sometimes there isn't a single event you can point to. You just know something isn't right — and you've been carrying it longer than you'd like to admit.

You might be feeling:

  • Depressed in a way that's hard to explain to people who haven't felt it

  • Directionless, like everyone else seems to know where they're going and you don't

  • The particular weight of stepping into adulthood and finding it harder than anyone told you it would be

  • Anxious, stuck, or both, running in place while life moves around you

  • Like something from your past keeps showing up in your present, no matter how hard you try to leave it there

  • That a transition, a loss, a change, an ending, knocked something loose and it hasn't settled

This work isn't about having the right answers before you start. It's about creating enough space to find them. I work with people across all of life's seasons, but I have a particular heart for those young adults in the throes of figuring out who they are.

Families

Hard seasons don't stay contained. They move through everyone — and the people closest to each other are often the least equipped to help each other through it.

You might be navigating:

  • Conflict that keeps escalating with no clear resolution

  • A family member whose struggle is quietly reshaping everyone else's life

  • Communication that has broken down to the point where conversations feel impossible

  • A major transition — divorce, loss, blending families — that has left everyone unsteady

Family work is about helping people who love each other find their footing again — together. I approach it with patience, without taking sides, and with a clear focus on what's actually underneath the conflict.

Executives & Professionals

The emotional cost of professional life is real — and it rarely stays at the office. If you're a professional or executive carrying the weight of a demanding career into every other area of your life, there's specific, substantive help available.
