We Believe Healing is Golden

Heart and Mind Connection

We believe that mental fitness and emotional health is the next frontier of competitive advantage for businesses.  We also believe pairing evidence-based therapeutic disciplines with business acumen is an ideal combination to help businesses achieve a competitive edge.  It’s not just about leadership theory. It’s not just about mental health. It’s a powerful combination of the two - the ability to connect heart and mind in the workplace. Take a closer look at how we can help your business here.

What’s in Our Name?

We were first exposed to kintsugi while living in Japan on an overseas corporate assignment; it's the ancient Japanese artform of mending broken pottery and highlighting the repaired breaks with gold. But kintsugi is more than just a way to repair broken pottery. It is a symbol of resilience, of taking something broken and turning it into something new and beautiful. Kintsugi is not only the inspiration for our company name but becomes the backdrop for the work we are doing at the Kintsugi Institute: providing transformational change for professionals, both in the office and in the home.
